"Coleslaw"
serves 12
Ingredients:
6 cups raw cabbage (chopped)
3 green peppers
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
5 tbs. vinegar
4 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion
1 tbs oil
Preparation:
Chop cabbage into fine strips. Add the sour cream and 1 green pepper cut into strips. Put onion, salt, mustard, sugar, mayonnaise, oil and vinegar through a blender. Add this to the cabbage and sour cream and stir well. Serve very cold garnished with green pepper rings.
