Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon and sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tbs baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Fill a deep fryer with 2 to 3 inches vegetable oil, heat to 375 F. In a bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, milk, butter, and baking powder, add the flour slowly, 1 cup at a time, stirring well. Fry dough, 1 tablespoon full at a time, in deep fryer for 7 minutes. Turn so all sides get brown, Remove from fryer with frying basket, let drain on paper towels. Place on serving platter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Serve and enjoy.
