Black Eyed Bean Fritters
Ingredients:
- 3 tsp water
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup black eyed beans
Preparation:
Soak beans overnight; peel them one by one. Grind beans and garlic very fine. Add salt, water, flour, and black pepper. Stir everything for 10 min to be sure it is mixed well. Fry by spoonfuls until golden outside and cooked inside.
