Chimichurri is a delicious dressing for any roasted meat such as beefsteak, pork, ribs, burgers, and sausages. Can be used as a marinade. This both tangy and herbaceous sauce is made from garlic, parsley, olive oil, vinegar and herbs. It is traditionally served with the Argentinean Asado and is perfect for grilled meats and sausages. It can also be used as a spread with bread or to add a boost to vegetables, salads and soups. For a thinner sauce, add olive oil.
