Manzanilla type Spanish olives with sweet pimentos and capers. Something very typical of Cubans in particular, is that we like to have many condiments in our dishes. When we cook meat, we usually throw in some onions, peppers, and the ever-present garlic. Depending on the dish, some people use olives and red pimientos as condiments and garnishes. On the other end of the spectrum, you also see many people enjoying their favorite martinis with a few olives in it.
INGREDIENTS: Manzanilla olives, water, minced pimiento,(sodium alginate, guargum, calcium, chloride) capers, salt, lactic acid, citric acid and potassium sorbate as a preservative.
