|Pound steaks, cover with crushed garlic and orange juice and allow
to stand for one hour. Place a slice of ham and 2 tbs. of capers on each
steak. Roll and tie with cotton or fine cord. Heat oil and brown meat
rolls. Add minced onion and green pepper and when this browns, add
tomato sauce, wine, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cover and cook slowly
for 30 mins. or until meat is tender.
