Special Fried Rice


1 lb smokes pork meat

3/4 lbs boiled shrimp

1/2 lb diced ham

3 cups rice

4 1/2 Cups water

4 Tbs olive oil

4 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp ground ginger

6 eggs (made in omelettes)

4 tbs soy sauce

3 sprigs chives

4 oz sliced red pimientos

Product Description

Cook the rice without salt in water to loosen the grains and let it cool completely. Cut the smoked pork and ham into strips and cut the omelet eggs in the same way as the meat. Cut the chives using both the green and the white.

Heat the oil and brown the garlic cloves. Remove the garlic and add the previously cooked and cooled rice. Stir constantly so that it does not stick and when it is hot add the meat, the shrimps, the ham, the ginger and the tortilla strips. Add the soy sauce little by little and finally the chives.

Add the chopped peppers on top to decorate and give it a special flavor.

Serve immediately. Serves 8
