Sopa de Cebollas (Onion Soup)

Serves 4

2 cups onion
1/8 lb. butter
1 1/2 cups consommé
1/2 tsp Worcester sauce
4 slices toast
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Product Description

Cook onion and butter until soft. Add consommé, water and Worcester sauce and cook over low heat for 25 mins. Cut toast in small squares and place in four individual bowls. Pour soup over toast and sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler until golden.
