Cut chicken into quarters . Smash garlic and mix with with cumin and oregano
and add juice of 2 lemons and juice of one orange. Rub with fingers mixture on all
surfaces of the chicken. Le chicken marinate a few hours in the refrigerator.
Cook chicken in hot oil and when brown, add the ingredients used to marinating liquid,
the wine and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook together with onion rings.
Cook over low heat until chicken is done and tender.
