Heat oven to 450°F. Sieve flour with salt and baking powder. Add
the butter and cheese and combine with a mixing knife. Add dry wine
and milk and stir until mixture comes together. Roll our on a floured
board, place filling on top and fold. Seal edges by dampening with
water and marking with a fork. Brush pie with beaten egg and make a
few air holes. Place in baking dish greased with butter and cook in the
oven for 25 mins. approx. Serves 8.
