Put all sauce ingredients through a blender. Place fish in a frying pan
previously oiled with two tablespoons of olive oil to prevent fish from sticking
to while cooking.
Cover fish with sauce. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Cover pan with lid and simmer for another few minutes until fish is done or
meat becomes flaky. Adjust cooking time, depending on the thickness of the fillets,
but do not overcook . Serve with scalloped potatoes and or white rice.
