Product Description
Remove excess fat from tails and cut into 2″ pieces. Wash and dry well. Brown in hot oil. Remove tail pieces from oil and saute the onion, garlic, green peppers and finely chopped parsley. Return tail pieces to casserole together with tomato sauce and then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and cook over medium heat until Ox Tail is tender ( 2 1/2 hrs. approx.). More wine may be added if necessary.
