Clean liver and cut into strips.. Cover with slices of onion and
green pepper and a bay leaf. Combine vinegar, wine, salt, garlic, pep-
per and a bay leaf. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for
at least an hour. Just before serving, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry
all ingredients for 10 mins., stirring constantly. If overcooked liver will
toughen.
