Ensalada de Macarrones (Mixed Macaroni Salad)

1/2 lb. tiny macaroni
1/2 liters water
1 tbs. salt
1 tbs. oil
1/2 cup olives
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup radish
1/4 lb. ground or diced ham
1/2 lb. cheese
1/2 cup toasted almonds
4 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs. vinegar
2 tbs. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Product Description

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water and oil for approximately 10 mins. Drain, rinse in cold water and allow to cool. Chop and add remaining ingredients mixed with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Serve very cold on a bed of lettuce and garnished as desired. Serves 12.
