Choripan (Spanish Chorizo Sandwich)

Makes 2 to 4 sandwiches.

1 Medium onion chopped
t tsp olive oil
4 Spanish style chorizos
1 can shoestring potatoes
1 loaf Cuban bread

 

 

Product Description

Open chorizos lengthwise without separating the halves. In a pan, over medium temperature,   heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and saute the chorizos for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Cut the Cuban bread (or french bread) in halves, warm in broiler oven for a few minutes.
Place chorizos and pour some  of the juice  on the bread. Add chopped onions,
shoestring potatos, close sandwich and enjoy.
