Product Description
Combine all ingredients for chicken salad, except the gelatin and broth. Soak gelatin in the broth, place for a few minutes in a double boiler and add to chicken salad. Pour into a mold greased with oil and allow to set in the refrigerator. Follow the same method for potato salad, adding the gelatin soaked in broth and place for a few minutes in a double boiler. Pour potato salad over well-set chicken salad and allow this to set. Remove from mold and garnish as desired. Serves 12.
