Cut chicken into 8 pieces. Marinate for one hour with the garlic, lemon, salt and pepper. Bread chicken by dipping twice in beaten eggs, then in crumbs and fry in hot oil.
Sauté finely chopped onion, garlic and green pepper in the butter and when this begin to brown, add the remaining ingredients and lower heat. Cook for 15 mins.
Serve breaded chicken covered with the sauce and garnished with petit pois.
