2 1/2 cups beet (canned)
2 cups beet water
1 1/2 cups consommé
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup sour cream

Product Description

Put beet water, consommé, onion, salt and vinegar in a boiler. When liquid boils, lower heat and add diced beets. Put in refrigerator until very cold. This soup may be kept for several days and be served hot or cold. Serve each portion with 2 tbs. sour cream.
