pepper and when lightly browned add tomato sauce, capers .
olives, salt, pepper, oregano, vinegar, broth and wine. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Increase heat to bring to a boil and then add rice. Let it come to a boil again and then cover and cook over medium heat until rice is done. Before serving, add petit pois and garnish with red peppers. This dish should be of soup consistency so it is important to add rice appproximately 1/2 hour before serving to avoid overcooking
