I grew up in Miami with my Cuban grandparents. Mama made the caramel for flan herself. When she discovered Pinzon, she never went back! I love the taste even better than her homemade. I moved to Tennessee and my new friends are loving that I am spreading the joy when I bring flan to the parties!

I LOVE this syrup!!! cuts flan making time so much since I don't have to melt the sugar (and often catch it on fire) that I no longer hate making flans!
