Make great Cuban style empanadas with this set that consits of one picadillo (ground beef) seasoning pack by Nueva Cocina ( 1.25 oz.) and one empanda mold that is 3.7" in diameter. You can make aproximately 8 nice empanadas with this seasoning pack. Easy to prepare: -Brown 1 1/4 lbs of ground beef over medium heat using 1 bablespoon of olive oil. -Add seasoning mix and mix thoroughly. Cook for about 1 more minute. -Stir in one 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Stir. -Use this mix to fill your empanadas.
